Practice Manager

Medical Recruitment Pty Ltd is a leading and very successful placement agency for doctors with offices in Brisbane and Melbourne.  In addition we provide project and other consulting services to the medical profession.  As a result we are undergoing a rapid growth phase and require the services of a Practice Manager to guide the company through this expansion process.  The right candidate will be confident, well spoken, have good business knowledge with high organizational skills and enjoys working in a small team environment.

We have been providing doctors to medical practices around Australia for over 20 years and now have reached an exciting stage in our development where we seek the services of an experienced Practice Manager to manage the current business base and work closely with the owner to take the business to the next level where we will have offices in every capital city and NZ.

Whilst this is a challenging and diverse position, it is an exciting opportunity for a result driven, efficient, self-confident and articulate employee to take Medical Recruitment nationwide.

The key elements of this role include:

Overseeing day to day operations and ensuring efficient and effective management of:

Finance including reducing operational costs

HR & staff efficiency

Administration including bookkeeping

Marketing including social media

IT knowledge and understanding

Implementing business improvement initiatives

Contributing to future planning and ensuring short and long term strategic goals are met

We are seeking a business savvy individual who is results driven and able to influence and drive change. You must be an effective leader and delegator and be able to develop good working relationships on all levels. An ability to be innovative, forward-thinking and solutions-orientated while having a strategic and empathetic outlook is also paramount.
