Locum VR GP opportunity in Cairns QLD.

Part-time Locum opportunity for 5 weeks to work with a Registered Charity/Non for-Profit organisation that provides medical and social care to Cairns most vulnerable community members with a strong focus on our homeless. This is both a Mobile and fixed site service delivery model, which uses GP', Health Worker and Social worker clinics to engage, support and deliver health care to our forgotten members of society - people disadvantaged by domestic abuse, homelessness, poverty and those at risk of homelessness. You will have access to our purpose-built medical van fitted out with two consultation rooms when on the road.

This role would suit a GP who is flexible, dynamic and has a desire to really make a difference to the lives of our invisible community members. You will have 5 or more years' experience, sound MBS knowledge as well as experience in Indigenous Health, Chronic Disease and Mental health. Earn $165 per hour, work 3 days per week and be well supported by a Social Worker, Health Worker and SMO.
